Description
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This VDR plugin adds support for the HDHomeRun networked ATSC/QAM tuner.
It can be used in conjunction with the ATSC EPG plugin to receive schedule
information and to scan for channels (the development version of
ATSC EPG is currently required).

The plugin will automatically detect HDHomeRun devices, no configuration
necessary. A list of detected devices can be seen in the plugin's setup menu.

More information about the HDHomeRun can be found on the manufacturer's
website: http://www.silicondust.com

Notes
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

VDR must be modified to receive ATSC broadcasts. Apply the patch included
in the "patch" sub directory:

vdr-1.7.13-atsc-0.1.0.diff : Works with VDR 1.7.13 and above.

vdr-1.7.13-atsc-tuning-0.1.0.diff : Same as above, to be use if the NA-EIT
patch has been (or will be) applied.

Make sure to update your sources.conf with the patched version.
